what we promise
Intelyard is a best-effort single-site service. We target 99.5% monthly availability and keep an honest outage log. No fake nines — and no self-measured uptime figure, because a number this app calculates about its own availability could only ever read 100%: when the app is down, this page is down with it. The outage log above is what we can honestly measure — gaps we can see in our own job history, after the fact. Independent measurement comes from external monitoring.
