WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

← intelyard

Most of what makes a service like this trustworthy is what it refuses to do. Here is ours, in the same words we use internally.

01

Never sell, share, or broker user data.

Not to sponsors, not “anonymized,” not in aggregate reports sold as market intelligence.

02

No pay-to-rank.

Money cannot influence Signal ranking, Panel contents, Trending, Yard Brief, Entity Briefs, or enrichment output. Sponsors buy a labeled slot and nothing else.

03

No dark patterns.

Cancel is one click in the Customer Portal; no retention mazes, no fake countdown timers, no pre-checked upsells, no “are you sure?” chains. Founding-member scarcity is a real numbered cap or it doesn’t run.

04

No ad tech, and nothing about you leaves our servers.

Pageviews are counted by a Umami instance we host ourselves: no cookies, no cross-site identifier, no third party, and nothing sold or shared. It honours Do Not Track, and signed-in readers can switch it off entirely in Settings → Data & privacy.

05

No silent degradation of Free to force upgrades.

The free tier’s shape changes only with public notice.

These are commitments, not marketing. If we ever break one, the honest thing is to say so here rather than delete the line — pricing · status · sponsor
